EGX Rezzed on Friday the 28th of March (through Sunday the 30th) will play host and give hands on time to over fifty playable PC and Next Gen console titles as well as allow you to to see a showcase of  around 20 innovative independent games as part of its Leftfield Collection. Away from the floor some big (and upcoming) names in the industry will also be holding talks in the NEC’s auditorium throughout the weekend. Alternatively you can get your gaming merchandise fix, play some board games and take part in Minecraft and Heathstone tournaments if that takes your fancy.

Too many to mention, but some highlights of the show will be Dean Hall (DayZ creator) showing off something ‘really special’ as well as teaming up with Project Zomboid developer The Indie Stone to talk about the undead in general. There will also be a new game shown for the first time from Team 17. Spilt Milk Studios’ game Tango Fiesta that was created for the Rezzed Gamejam last year will be there as well as the amazing Luftrausers developers Vlambeer will be visiting. I’d be remiss if I didn’t also mention some more mainstream companies will be attending, and in particular SEGA who will be giving devs Creative Assembly new game, Alien: Isolation, its first public airing.

The Forest will be available on Steam the 22nd of May and will feature Oculus Rift support.
